Bravida Security offers comprehensive solutions in technical security. From design to installation and service of locks, alarms, access systems, and surveillance cameras. We are a technology-driven team with a strong local presence, delivering security solutions for property owners, businesses, and the public sector in Jönköping and surrounding areas.

Right now, we are managing and leading the largest and most complex high-risk project in security in the region, and we want you to be part of this journey!

As a project manager, you are operationally responsible for the execution of the assigned project. You lead and distribute work to colleagues and subcontractors and are responsible for project planning, procurement, quality, environmental and occupational health and safety work, documentation, and financial results. You maintain close and continuous dialogue with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues within the Bravida group, whom you follow up, evaluate, and communicate progress and advancement in the project.

Those applying for the role of project manager should have relevant post-secondary education and experience in managing and leading long-term projects in contracting. Experience in the security field is an advantage. You have knowledge of all phases of the project, an interest in the client's operations, and an understanding of both economic and legal factors. As a person, you are responsible and communicative with a love for structure and a systematic approach. You are proactive, clear, trustworthy, and decisive in your leadership and are skilled at communicating and delegating to other participants.

You report to the Department Head and work from the office in Jönköping but will partly work on other sites in the area for ongoing projects. A company car is included in the role of project manager.

We assume that you do not have any remarks in the criminal record as our clients include the Defense, Correctional Services, and Police. A security clearance and background check will be conducted before employment.
